Yosemite National Park
Like in Sequoia National Park, there are giant and century-old sequoias there. But it is mainly the incredible waterfalls that have made Yosemite famous. The vast natural area to explore is traversed by numerous accessible trails. A small village in its center welcomes visitors with many restaurants, hotels, and local shops.

There is NO GAS STATION in the valley itself. You can find one in several nearby locations: at Crane Flat, El Portal, and Wawona. Chains are required from October to April. Remember to bring mosquito repellent, especially in the summer. There is no cell service in the park!!
