You need to gain some height to reach the ruins of the Castle of Orihuela by passing through the Diocesan Seminary of San Miguel. Even though some roofs are flat and have terraces, others are tiled and show European influences. Even the churches are halfway between the two cultures. It is quite spectacular.

This walk is absolutely a must-do. The view from the top is breathtaking. One can notice the rather surprising geographical location of the city on the slopes of gigantic scree and dominated by a castle.
