This astonishing place in Andalusia combines the ruins of ancient Roman baths on one side and more modern pools on the other. The natural water in the pools is apparently between 28°C and 31°C. These thermal waters are rich in mineral salts and were declared in 1918 to be calcium sulfatated and chloride-bicarbonated. Therefore, these waters are ideal for treating rheumatism, colds, menstrual disorders, anemia, and epilepsy.
