Although the observatory is impressive for its height and different view, we found the atmosphere to be more touristy and less authentic than that of the Top of the Rock or the Empire State Building. Nevertheless, the view from the 102nd floor remains spectacular, offering a unique perspective of the entire city, especially of the Statue of Liberty.
