We were super impressed by the vegetation in the forest! We had never seen a forest like this with huge ferns that look like trees (unless it's trees that look like big ferns...).

We had not imagined these beautiful spots along this road. We had only heard about the Great Ocean Road for its limestone formations far out in the ocean forming hundreds of islands, as well as for its road that runs along the coast. So, when we discovered this incredible forest with giant ferns, overflowing waterfalls, and the smell of fresh earth, we were completely captivated! We spent an entire day exploring this national park, which I think is a must-see in the winter!
